Apparently, the light novel series has gone on past where the anime ended, and
didn't go the path the anime did when they gave Kazuki got his body back. I
think at current point it is the most developed out of the manga, light novel,
and anime series. It is, unfortunately, only in Japanese with no signs of it
possibly coming overseas at the moment. But a man can dream.
Hello and welcome to Minitokyo! Hope that you enjoy your time here and become a
regular at this fine community! (although you might not want to be taking advice
from me on that last part, I've been around far too infrequently these days,
lol) Anyways, be sure to add those animes you listed to your watched anime list
if you haven't already. Other than that just get out there and enjoy yourself!
Hello and welcome. I hope you enjoy it here. We're a friendly community, so
don't be shy. Just be sure to get out there and enjoy yourself! Again, welcome!
Hello everyone. A few days ago I found a small group of Maburaho images that
currently aren't in the gallery. The only problem is that they are far too small
to post. Thus I have a request to put out here: If anyone can, could they resize
the pictures while keeping the clarity and quality?
I realize that this must sound like someone looking for a handout, but I'm
nowhere near good enough to enlarge them myself without the results being, well,
less than spectacular. Of course it goes without saying that anyone who resizes
them is free to take full credit for the work. I just think that since Maburaho
pictures are such a hard thing to come by to begin with that it would be nice to
add this crop to the gallery for everyone to enjoy.
There are 8 images in total, but I'm not expecting anyone to want to resize all
of them. All I ask is that you repost them here if you are pleased by the
results. Thanks in advance for any help people are willing to give.
The very fact that series like Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bebop aren't on the
list is almost an insult. And Dragon Ball and One Piece being higher than Neon
Genesis Evangelion...? No sir, I don't like it, I don't like it at all.
Hello and welcome. This is a great place to be if you love anime, so be sure to
llok around and enjoy yourself (which seems to be what you have in mind already,
heh). Hope you have fun!
Two animes that will always hold a fond place in my memory are Mobile Suit:
Gundam Wing and Cowboy Bebop.
Gundam Wing was the first truly complex anime that I ever watched, and I loved
every minute of it, from the plight of the 5 Gundam pilots, to the complexity of
the politics behind the war, to the depth of the characters, including the
villians themselves, I was hooked from start to finish. It still is the best
Mobile Suit: Gundam series in my opinion.
Cowboy Bebop is something I watched because I had heard nothing but good things
about it. Now I know why that is, it was just that superb. From the cast to the
art to the music to the phenominal story, all of it fell into place so well that
it left me with my jaw practically on the floor in amazement. It truly deserves
most, if not all, of the praise that it receives.
Hello and welcome, Shirotabi! This is the place to be if you love anime, so be
sure to take you time and look around, because if it's a series it will probably
be here. Other than that just make sure to have fun and enjoy yourself!
I'm actually rather embarassed to admit this, but the last time a game truly
scared me was the original Doom, which I played when I was 11. Those imps and
other demons really creeped me out, but oddly enough the more modern video games
really don't scare me at all, rather odd, but perhaps I've just grown too
cynical for my own good in terms of things like that.
My favourite ending an opening both belong to the series Cowboy Bebop. From the
first time I heard the opening I knew that this was going to be a blast of a
show that would take hold of me and put me on a thrill ride I'd never forget,
and the ending theme "The Real Folk Blues" is one of the best songs in
an anime series that I've ever heard.
Hello and welcome, youneo! As has been said, done worry about the English, no
one is perfect after all, and the language has enough rules to give anyone a
headache (and this is coming from an English major). Anyways, this is the right
place to both contribute and find great works of art, so be sure to take a look
around, and above all enjoy yourself!
All rules that are broken over here tend to be idiotic ones that are ignored by
everyone anyways, professors included. Like for example the "no food or
drink" in some of the classrooms. There's no real justification for it, and
so it is ignored by all, rather funny actually, as there are signs posted about
it all over the place.
Well, if they can be called hobbies I watch a lot of anime and play a lot of
video games. As well as frequent a few boards around the net. That is when
school work or readings aren't devouring my time, which they tend to, thank
goodness it's all nearly over for this term at least.
Well, being sick has made me quite aggitated, because it really binds me to my
dorm room, which is not a place I want to spend entire strings of days without
going out. This weekend was particularly bad, with the only mitigating factor
being that it allowed me to concentrate on my essay. Still can't get rid of this
nagging cough though.
I'm goning to have to give it to Princess Mononoke, a movie that really got to
me with not only the utterly outstanding art and characters, but also with it's
message of just how ignorant humans can be sometimes of the fact that they are
not separate from the earth. Despite my choice all of his movies are
exceptional, and it was hard choosing a favourite.
Hello and welcome, MortalGathum. If you love anime than this is the right place
to be. Make sure to take a look around, because it is a big place. But above all
be sure to enjoy yourself!
Hello and welcome, Shana87! You're in the right community to both express and
find artistic interests. Be sure to take your time to look around to truly get a
sense for all that MT has to offer, but above all enjoy yourself. Once again
welcome and enjoy!
I'm lucky that my class scheduale allows me to turn in late and rise late, so
despite going to sleep well after midnight I always manage to get 8 hours during
the week every night. And on the weekends it might go up to around 10 to 12
hours.
I'd have to say Fllay from the Gundam Seed series. Throughout the entire thing
she was really just a ***** (since I don't think I can say that here). It also
really teed me off that they portrayed what happened in the final episode with
her and Kira to be somehow heroic or saintly of her. She was really just being
concided and selfish the entire time.
Hello and welcome, Nayohkee! This is the community to be for animes like FLCL
and Naruto, as well as a great place to build up skills like walling and making
the most of scans. Be sure to take a look around in the various sections of the
forum to get yourself started down the right track. Once again welcome to the
forums!
Hello and welcome, shiningdays! This is a big place, so be sure to take your
time and look around, because if it's an anime, it's probably here somewhere.
Other than that just kick back and be sure to enjoy yourself. Once again welcome
to the community!
It's hard to say whether dreams of death have any meaning or not, it could just
be your mind trying to sort out everything that has been happening around you
lately, whether or not you took any real notice of it. If you believe in the
mystic then perhaps a DreamCatcher might be of some help to you.
As for me, I have had a couple of dears where I have died, but I was very young
at the time and don't really remember them. And I lately tend to not remember
any dreams I actually have.
My favourite episode has to be A New Hope, because it was the one that started
it all and in and of itself it was pretty much a perfect movie in a lot of ways,
from the classic Darth vs. Obi-Wan lightsaber duel to the destruction of the
Death Star, there are just to many memorable moments for it not to be my
favourite
I was never a big fan of the sciences, but if I had to choose one of those I'd
go with physics because in my opinion it seems to have more obvious practical
applications. I could be way off base on that statement though so no one hold it
against me please!
